Additional to being the peak body for the WA real estate industry and a leading training organisation, REIWA also operates the reiwa.com property search and agent finder site. To compete with the two major national property apps, reiwa.com strives to lead in providing local market intelligence and exclusive data. Likeable Creative was briefed to create a new campaign to highlight these competitive advantages and also encourage property owners to search for REIWA accredited agents when it comes to selling. As we started working on this brief, reiwa.com also signed a sponsorship agreement with the Fremantle Dockers AFLW team. Incorporating this message added a new dimension to the concept development process.
Our resulting campaign used the well-known football term for having local knowledge, which is having the home advantage. We developed TV, radio, digital and outdoor ads on this theme.
